I know it's been nerfed now but I just find him annoying. Goblin barrel, hog/ram rider, witches, goblin gang etc I find dangerous and try to counter asap. Miner is just annoying. Typically paired with one of 2 roders and skarmy kills both. Even a good miner combo is a bad one as he's more of a nuisance than a threat and any cards I place to counter my opponent counters it fast and then gets rid of everything else.
